I strategized and wrote these guides for 6 cities, published annually for 3 years. There were 12 sections per guide. This was 2007-2010, and we were working in print. Content for every city was localized, which in many cases meant calling the local government agencies to get the details.
At the same time, we built 3 websites for local content with bloggers that I recruited and edited. We also constructed green business directories for each city, which mean developing a taxonomy and implementing it across thousands of listings. Finally, we developed an app.
