Guides are important for consistency, but also to help people help themselves when there’s no writer available.

Without clear guides, everyone has to keep asking (or just making up) the work. Guides, tracking documents, and foundational strategy work are also key to transparency and handing off institutional knowledge. Here are some I’ve created over the years.
